In addition, avoid applying the patch to damaged skin, such as scars, moles, stretch marks, or lumps. Clean the application site with an alcoholic wipe. For best results apply the patch at least one hour prior to exercising, swimming or showering. When applying patch after any physical activity or showering, ensure that skin is clean and dry before patch application.
